Our Crew

At Nep2une Scuba Diving, the Staff make all of the difference!  This crew has many years of experience working and diving in this industry, as well as diving in St. Croix.  And they will work hard every day to make your diving experience a safe and memorable one.

Instructor Jenny Keith moved to St. Croix in 2007 with her husband Paul from Florida. You could consider her a “mermaid” at heart since her love for diving started quite young.  She is a riot to dive with and is great at finding something cool to observe.  Jenny has been a professional PADI member since 1991 and is also a USCG 50 ton Captain.  Jenny Keith Photos of Sea Turtles and Seahorses are known throughout the island and available for sale inside the dive shop.

Divemaster Paul Silnes moved to St. Croix from Chicago in 2011. He started out as a tourist and after completing his Divemaster training, he fell in love with island life and decided to make St. Croix his new Caribbean home.  Paul is known for his fantastic night dives and videos, as well as being the “Octopus Whisperer”!  Check out his awesome videos on his Divemaster Paul Facebook Page

Instructor Margi Erway, originally from Pennsylvania, moved to St. Croix in 2016 via Colorado.  She decided to hang up her high heels and business suits for fins and wetsuits and started off at Flatirons Scuba & Travel as a PADI Instructor.  She is known for her patience and care with students and first time divers.  You can see Margi’s photos and videos on her Instagram page Margi_Making_Bubbles

Instructor Bill Colderbank escapes the cold Colorado winters every year to teach scuba diving in the warm waters of St. Croix. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your instructor, you are guaranteed to learn safe diving habits for life. With his humor and keen eyes, you can’t help but have fun scuba diving with Bill!

Captain Paul Vrabcak is mostly retired these days, but he remains our resident singer, songwriter, and storyteller. He is also a Divemaster who possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to St. Croix. If you happen to find a piece of chaney or an old bottle under the Pier, Paul can tell you all about it! You might also get to hear one of his songs, if you’re really lucky.

Captain Sean Arnold grew up in Southern California.  He has been in the dive industry since 2007 working in California, then Curacao and later in St. Thomas USVI before moving to St. Croix in 2013. Sean is a PADI Staff Instructor, USCG 100 Ton Captain, as well as our equipment specialist, mechanic and very own Scuba MacGyver.  He literally keeps us running!

Captain Kiersten Fidao (“K” for short) moved from Colorado to St. Thomas in 2007 where she found her love for diving while working at St. Thomas Diving Club. In 2013, after a short visit to St Croix and diving at the Frederiksted Pier, she decided a few months later to make the move here.  K is a PADI MSDT Instructor, a USCG 100 Ton Captain, our Dive Shop Manager and Deco & Ozzie’s Mom.

Deco the Dive Dog can be found most days at the shop greeting customers in-between naps.  She loves the water whether it’s floating with mom in the ocean or rolling around on the beach.  Keep up with Deco’s adventures on her Facebook or Instagram

Ozzie the Accidental-Mischievous Dog is Deco’s brother and wanna-be nomad.  He doesn’t like shop duty so you’ll find him at home guarding the chickens and tortoises.
