The Frederiksted Pier
The cathedraleque pillars of the Frederiksted Pier are one of the most popular underwater features in St Croix! While diving under and around the 1,526 foot long pier, you uncover its hidden treasures like colorful species of Sponges, Seahorses, Frogfish, Batfish, Octopus, and so much more!
The Pier is a photographer’s paradise and worth diving more than once. We offer guided shore dives at 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM, as well as epic night dives at sunset. Check-in times for night dives will depend on the season. Reservations are required in advance for all guided dives and U.S. Department of Homeland Security regulations ban scuba diving at the Pier while a cruise ship is in port, so we recommend consulting the Virgin Islands Port Authority schedule to check for arrivals.
Check-out Dive
Has it been a year or two since your last dive? No problem! The Pier is the perfect spot for a refresher. Book a “check-out” dive and we will review basic scuba skills and help you practice buoyancy in the shallow, calm waters of the Frederiksted Pier. Once the cobwebs are dusted off, we’ll take you for a dive under the Pier and help you become a confident diver once again. Cost is $80 per person which includes complimentary rental equipment. If your last dive was more than 3 years ago, we highly recommend completing an Open Water Refresher course before your check out dive. Needs vary by experience level, so contact us if you have any questions.
Cane Bay Wall
Don’t miss out on another popular dive site of St Croix… The Wall at Cane Bay Beach! This popular deep dive site on the North Shore was created by the Puerto Rico Trench. After a short kick out from the beach, you will see an underwater cliff face beginning at 40 feet and dropping down to over 2,000 feet. This advanced dive site features Black Coral, large Sea Fans, Barracudas, and Reef Sharks. Your Divemaster will meet you at Cane Bay Beach for a 9:00 AM check-in with all of your gear and tanks, however you will be required to visit our dive shop in Frederiksted the day before to complete paperwork and be fitted for any gear. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for your own transportation to/from Cane Bay Beach and that advance reservations are required for all guided dives.

- Guided Pier Day Dive (morning or afternoon): $60 per person
